Basic Use of Essential Oils

There are great benefits that come with the use of Grade A Essential Oils!   This class will be an introduction to the use of essential oils and how you can use them to benefit your health and how you can use the oils to help keep your environment safe. 


 In this class, we discuss:

·        Brief History of essential oils

·        Basic facts about essential oils

·        Essential oil properties and purposes

·        How and when it is best used.


We will be discussing the Essential Seven Kit, from the company Young Living that I find most useful: The Kit contains three single oils: Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Lemon (Citrus limon) and Peppermint (Mentha piperita), and four oil blends: Joy, PanAway, Peace & Calming and Purification.


Please wear comfortable clothes to the class :)


These oils where developed by Dr. Young to help clear emotional patterns and blocks. Emotions are the most elusive part of the human body, yet they affect every aspect of our lives. For example, extreme stress can cause both physical and emotional problems. We might become anxious, depressed, or irritable, which may in turn result in difficulty sleeping, digestive concerns, and more. Aromatherapy has proven effective in bringing the body and mind back to peak performance. The essential oils that are presented will help you move forward in life with newfound excitement, happiness, and a sense of greater accomplishment.
